Spring has finally sprung in Toronto, which means the sunshine is warm, the birds are chirping and the snow has finally melted...Because the season is changing, I find myself switching up my wardrobe as well. Stripes, canvas shoes and light wash jeans are my new go-to spring pieces. It's time to say goodbye to my fall and winter all-black looks and hello to "colourful" outfits with far more character. Are you going through the same transition as I am?
What I'm wearing:
Forever 21 jacket (similar)
Balenciaga leather wrap bracelet, Cartier Love bracelet, Vita Fede Titan (similar), Giles and Brother cuff, Michael Kors cuff
Rings: Bulgari, Philistine Toronto, Elle Hardware
Clutch- Givenchy
How do you incorporate bold colours and prints into your spring outfits?

Love the transition from all black to a lighter feel. I'm totally with you on this, start slow and incorpate bits of pattern or colour. It's the only way to adjust otherwise shock will settle in! ;)

Thanks love! I was having a minor fashion "mid-life" crisis and decided I needed to step away from the all-black looks...Really appreciate the comment Nathalie! Xx
ReplyDeleteI love that jacket! Great post and photos!
ReplyDeleteIt may be from Forever 21, but if you sport it the right way it looks like it's a million bucks. Hope you're having an awesome weekend! Xx
ReplyDeleteOh my god I am in love with this outfit, the jacket, shoes, everything! My fashion tastes are too based off of my mood for me to pinpoint how I incorporate bold prints/colors, but I gravitate towards doing a plain outfit with a pop of color. Lovely post, and I am obsessed with this look.
